What Are Your Tenant Fees?

When you have viewed a property that you wish to rent, we will ask you for a Booking Deposit of One Weeks Rent. We cannot hold or reserve a property for you until the booking deposit is paid.  

Do I need to be at home for viewings or maintenance?

We hold all keys and access codes for all of our properties, so you do not need to be home.

Do we rent for a fixed term?

Yes. Tenancy agreements always specify the rental term. The average period is a 12-month tenancy.

What about emergencies?

In the majority of cases where we are the managing agents, we have an out of hours service. 


For emergencies such as Fire or Accident, dial 999.

How much do I need for the deposit and what happens to it?

Typically a deposit equates to five weeks’ rent and is payable before the signing of the Tenancy Agreement. The deposit will then be registered with a Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme.

Are pets allowed?

Some properties allow pets. Some however do not. If you are interested in a property please call us to find out more.
