We understand you will be finding it a worrying time at present. We know that these are difficult times for all of us and we will do whatever we can to assist.
You may have seen the announcement from the Government on how tenants will be supported during the Coronavirus pandemic. We are still waiting for further detail which we will communicate to you.
It is important that you keep in touch with us and let us know if you are in financial difficulty so that we can make your landlord aware of the situation and work with you to get through it.
If you are having difficulties, we would encourage you to apply for Statutory Sick Pay and Universal Credit if you are eligible. The Government has introduced temporary changes to make it easier to apply. Further details can be found here https://www.understandinguniversalcredit.gov.uk/coronavirus/
For now, adhering to government guidelines on preventing the spread of infection, we have suspended routine property inspections and will only be dealing with urgent maintenance issues. Please contact us by phone or email if you have an urgent issue.
If you or your family members are self-isolating please let us know so we can keep our records up to date during this uncertain time.
We have also temporarily closed the office to visitors, so please call or email us if you need to get in contact. We will be updating our website regularly to provide information and guidance as soon as information is available. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and update you on changes, please regularly check our website and social media channels for the latest updates and contact details. https://csproperties.com/
In the coming weeks we may have to make the move to work fully remotely. This will have its own challenges, so please bear with us.
If your property is managed by your landlord please contact them directly.
Thank you for working with us during this difficult time.
