OUT OF HOURS EMERGENCIES

There is an emergency number to call should you have any genuine emergency issues for our Managed Properties Only. This number is available 9am-5pm during office closure days, thereafter, please email maintenance@csproperties.com in the 1st instance. This is only to be used for issues that cannot wait until the office is open. Please only call this number if you have a real emergency. All our contractors charge at least double to come out over this period. Depending on the date and time we may not be able to get people out straight away. If the issue can wait, we would appreciate it, otherwise call the office number, and follow the instructions on the answerphone. Please note, if your call is NOT deemed to be an emergency, or you are considered to have caused the problem, then you may be charged for any resulting call out. 

What is an emergency?
Only threats to the property which require immediate action are considered emergencies.
Gas Leak If you can smell gas or think there is a leak, call the Gas Emergency Freephone Number immediately 0800 111 999.
Water and Sewage Leaks These are deemed an emergency if they are either internal flooding from failed plumbing where the leak cannot be contained, a leak which is penetrating electrical fittings.

What is not an immediate emergency?
Central heating and hot water supply failures are not considered an immediate emergency. In the event of these systems failing, contact CS Properties Maintenance first thing on the following morning. Check that the heating failure is not caused by local electricity or gas problems, the oil tank being empty or by incorrect setting of the programmer or thermostat. 

Report any maintenance issues to Maintenance@csproperties.com. Please include as much information as possible with photos/videos to accompany. The better the information we get from you the faster we can get the fault fixed.

ELECTRICITY:    105 – free advice – will connect you to faults in your area and put you through to your   local electricity network operator.

WATER:              Contact your local water company (Interruption of supply)

BREAK IN:          Please call 999 or contact your local police station where a crime number will be issued    for insurance purposes.
