We have recently been made aware of changes for landlords with EICR’s  due to start in July 2020.

Please note, the most recognised electrical test certificates governing body is the NIC/EIC and their test certificates are proven to stand up in a court of law, the electrical contractor has to be an approved installer to carry out the EICR’s some of the smaller electrical companies are not approved but that’s not to say they cannot do them as they would be competent but the certificate may not be registered for when a problem arises.
